Functional Leads : 5-8 years of experience in Photogrammetry, Geoengineering, Image processing, analysis, GIS. Must be able to define the end user requirements and translate them to the development team. Must be aware of recent trends in this space.

Technical Leads : 7-10 years of hands on experience in product development in GIS, Photogrammetry, Geoengineering, Image processing or engineering software, with ability to lead a team of 8-10 people, experience in architecture, analysis, design, code review etc. Should be aware of Agile methods of developments with strong experience in UML, OOA/OOD. Conversant with good software engineering techniques, mathematical models, algorithms, etc. Must have skills in either one of the following areas:

C++, Python, QT
C#.NET
Java, J2EE

Software Engineers : 3-6 years of hands on experience in product development in GIS or engineering software, experience in analysis, design, code review etc. Should be aware of Agile methods of developments with strong experience in UML, OOA/OOD. Conversant with good software engineering techniques, mathematical models, algorithms, etc. Must have skills in either one of the following areas :

Business Intelligence and Data warehousing : Job Description:

Analyze Technical as well as Functional Requirements
Gap Analysis, Identify Technical Risks/Challenges
Conduct/Arrange Benchmark/POC
Coordinate with Customer Architecture team & align proposed solution with Enterprise Architecture
Define the Interfaces with Other Applications
Work closely with Designers & Data Modelers for design adequacy, integration test planning
Scalability, Performance and Capacity Planning
Define Common Warehouse Models
Participation in key seminars / symposiums & building relationship with key personalities in technical sphere
Responsible for keeping abreast of changes in the specific technology sphere & demonstrate as branding practitioner in more than one BI technologies.

Technical Architects : 8+ years of prior experience in Architecture, responsible for technically architecting the solutions to deliver high quality software applications, perform R& D work and come up with proto type modules, in depth technical knowledge on .NET / C# / J2EE, C++, Web services, XML, Knowledge of UML and at least one design tool is expected.

QA Leads : 7-10 years of hands on product testing experience in GIS or engineering space, ability to lead a team of 8-10 people, do test planning, test design, test execution, test automation etc. Should be aware of Agile methods of developments, knowledge of various test tools and their usage required.

QA Engineers : 3-6 years of hands on product testing experience in GIS or engineering space, test design, test execution, test automation etc. Should be aware of Agile methods of developments, knowledge of various testing tools and their usage required.

Technical Writers : 3 to 8+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in product development companies, ability to plan and create technical product documentation including User Manuals, Training Manuals, Read me files, Online Help, etc. Convey complex ideas in a clear, direct, and lively style to various intended audience. In-depth experience in working with tools like Robohelp and Framemaker is required. Prior knowledge about GIS applications would be an added advantage.

Business Analyst : 7+ years of experience in GIS Domain, should be able to deliver high quality functional requirement specifications, will drive the requirements across business and system stakeholders, will manage the delivery of the requirement through the successful development lifecycle.

Provide timely inputs in the design and development of desired GIS applications / services.

Create High Level System Document, use cases, knowledge on latest technologies - C# 2.0 / 3.0 / 3.5 with ASP.Net, C++, Python, J2EE and advanced CASE tools.

Sr. Process Consultant : B.E. in Computer Science or any engineering disciplines having experience with 7+ years of experience in various Quality certifications like ISO9001, SEI CMMI, ISO 27001, Six Sigma, BCM etc. They should have through understanding of processes for product development, ability to deal with various development groups internally, conduct audits, work towards process improvements and optimization.

Process Consultant : B.E. in Computer Science or any engineering disciplines having experience with 3+ years of experience in various Quality certifications like ISO9001, SEI CMMI, ISO 27001, Six Sigma, BCM etc. They should have through understanding of processes for product development, ability to deal with various development groups internally, conduct audits, work towards process improvements and optimization.

Educational Qualification for all the above positions should be - M.S. / M. Tech / M.E. / B. Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or any engineering disciplines or Geosciences / Photogrammetry / Remote Sensing / Image Processing from reputed institutions / universities. Having worked in software products companies/ structured software engineering environments / premier research institutes / R&D labs. Good communications skills and ability to learn various cutting edge technologies is essential along with good interpersonal skills.
