ATM

Aero Infotech ’s BankWorld ITM has revolutionised the way the bank interacts with its customer at the ATM. No longer will ATMs prompt for the customer’s language upon card insertion. Instead this will be automatically understood by the ATM. Upon acceptance of the PIN the bank can configure the ATM to provide targeted marketing details promoting their services as well as listing the customer’s last transaction, account balance and preferred cash withdrawal amount.

A bank with a network of 100 ATMs will generate 10 million targeted Customer Relation opportunities per year using this software.

Aero Infotech 's ATM banking software comprises three elements required for the successful running and management of the ATM channel and enables banks to bring Customer Relation Management to the ATM.

ATM terminal:

BankWorld ITM, BankWorld ATM Client or BankWorld ATM Client (H) reside on the ATM. Between them they power almost 5,000 ATMs primarily in the Middle East and Africa.

ATM management:

BankWorld ATM Controller and Sparrow are the centralised monitoring and management switch or servers that actively manage the ATMs

ATM software distribution:

BankWorld ITM Distributor is the software distribution tool for remote downloading and management of both software and multimedia graphics to the ATMs

Point of Cash

Point of Cash (POC) is a new low cost touch point, which provides easy access to cash withdrawals, with low rollout and operational costs. It is particularly suited to remote rural areas where it is difficult, costly and time consuming to refill ATMs with cash. Existing cash cardholders can also withdraw cash at POC terminals and are no longer restricted to ATM's alone.

This new "mini ATM" consists of designated POC terminals in retail outlets. The POC is used only for cash withdrawals. Aero Infotech's has partnered with Ingenico to provide POC solutions.
